  Very helpful staff. Almost to the point of too much, but not. I'm a very self sufficient shopper and usually know what im after. To the normal shopper they would be perfect. Very competitive prices on items.

  I tried to return a defective set of headphones I received as a gift. Since they were an item they no longer stock and I had no receipt they would not let me return them. Also, I tried to return an upopened item for one of a different color. Since I didn't have a receipt they charged me sales tax. They rationalized it that I could have bought the item anywhere (even though its the only Best Buy in 90 miles from me) and so they don't know how much I paid in taxes, and I guess instead of their big corporation possibly overpaying $1 in sales tax I should have to pay double the amount of Sales Tax.
