  Went to order a new mattress for my son. He chose one and we started the paperwork for the purchase. They didn't have it in stock. I was told by the sales associate it would be in by Saturday and we can deliver it. So, not having a truck I opted for delivery. Here it is late Saturday and my wife called. They didn't even have the purchase order on record. I had to dig up my receipt and call back. Our receipt said delivery of Tuesday and not Saturday. I explained to them that no one would be available through the week and that is why I would not have asked for a Tuesday. He explained they didn't have any open delivery times due to the colleges being back in session. I asked why he told me Saturday and Cody M (sales associate) said "Well, I can do next Saturday" (In a very unapologetic tone). I live less than one mile from the store. Unfortunately I got rid of the current mattress last night. I guess I will bug a friend who has truck to go get it. You may want to consider another establishment when choosing your mattress. If not, please double check you information before you leave the store.
